Sign in to the back office with your own account. Each person has one account, even if they act in more than one capacity, for example as a board member and as COO.
Who signs in here
- Staff at stores, warehouses and head office. What you see after signing in follows your roles and locations.
- Board members, for reserved matters and the board dashboard.
- Investors, to see their own investments only.
- Contacts of trade customers, once the trade portal opens.
Who signs in somewhere else
- Customers shopping online sign in at chemistcart.pk.
- Cashiers and counter staff at a store counter sign in on the POS and switch users with their PIN.
Getting an account
Staff accounts are raised by HR when the employee profile is approved. Accounts for board members and investors are requested by head office. The system administrator sets up every account.
- Type your CNIC number. The dashes are added for you.
- Type your password and press Sign in.
- Administrators, refund approvers and accountants then confirm it's them with their authenticator app or fingerprint or face.
- On a shared counter computer, sign out when you leave.

Sign in with CNIC and password
Each CNIC belongs to one account. Usernames such as ali.raza.201026 appear in logs only and cannot be used to sign in.
Example: 35202-1234567-1.

Lock-out after wrong tries
After 5 wrong tries in a row, the account locks for 15 minutes. The message never says whether the CNIC or the password was wrong.
What to do: wait until the time shown, or set a new password with Forgot password?, which unlocks the account at once. If you didn't make the tries, tell the system administrator.

Signed out when inactive
You're signed out after 30 minutes without activity. There is no option to stay signed in. Saved drafts are kept.

Two-step verification
Administrators, refund approvers and accountants confirm with an authenticator app code or a passkey (fingerprint or face). Codes are never sent by SMS. Board members, investors and other staff go straight in.
Lost your phone? The system administrator resets it with COO approval, or CEO approval for the COO's own.

Resetting your password
Enter your CNIC and the email on your record. If they match, a link is emailed that works once and for 30 minutes. The page never shows whether they matched.
Can't use that email any more? Ask the system administrator to reset your password.

Inactive accounts
An account not signed in to for 30 days becomes inactive (90 days for board members and investors). Accounts are also blocked or closed when HR records an employee as suspended or left.
What to do: staff ask their reporting manager to request reactivation; board members and investors ask head office. You set a new password at your next sign-in.
